Breast Cancer Forum
The Bay Area Breast Cancer Forum continues under the direction of Hope Rugo, MD. The Breast Cancer Forum is a monthly gathering of health care providers, researchers, patients, patient advocates, friends, and families. Topics are varied, but the emphasis is on clinical trials and research.
Meetings take place on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm, approximately every other month. They are held on the 3rd floor of the UCSF Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center located at 1600 Divisadero Street (between Sutter and Post) in San Francisco. A light dinner is served. For more information, please contact Lauren Metzroth at 415-885-7213.
Please see the Breast Care Center Events Calendar for the next Forum date.
In 2009, we began podcasting our Forum programs. We invite you to download or listen to a podcast on the Bay Area Breast Cancer Forum page at the Galen UCSF Digital Library.
