Their patient-centered website includes trials funded by the National Cancer Institute, public research foundations, and the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry. The National Library of Medicine's ClinicalTrials.gov is a registry of federally and privately supported clinical trials conducted in the United States and beyond. ClinicalTrials.gov gives information about the trial's purpose, guidelines for participation and contact details.

CancerTrialsHelp.org
This easy-to-use program enables users to educate themselves about cancer clinical trials through a step-by-step interactive curriculum. The website was developed by the Coalition of National Cancer Cooperative Groups and its patient advocate members, many of whom are cancer survivors who know first-hand the struggle to learn about treatment options, particularly those that involve clinical trials.
