Naomi Schechter, MD, Assistant Professor, UCSF Radiation Oncology
Dr. Schechter is a graduate of UCSF's School of Medicine. She completed her radiation oncology residency and then a Lymphoma and Breast Cancer radiation therapy fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. After her fellowship, she practiced at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston before returning to the San Francisco Bay Area. She has been in practice at the UCSF Comprehensive Cancer Center since 2004. Dr. Schechter is the recipient of the Mortimer Lacher Fellowship and the Award for Distinguished Research by the Western Student Medical Research Committee. Her subspecialty interests are in breast cancer, lymphoma, and head and neck cancers.
