Located on the first floor of Mount Zion Hospital, the Cancer Resource Center can provide you with personalized research assistance and web access for issues related to cancer and cancer prevention. The CRC also contains a health library and specialized health databases.

Nutritionist: Patients in the Breast Cancer Prevention Program are welcome to make an appointment to see our registered dietician, Alison Horton Eastwood, who is at the Breast Care Center on Wednesday mornings. If you are interested in some guidelines to improve your eating habits, please ask for nutrition handouts while you are at the Breast Care Center. To book an appointment with Alison, simply ask the Breast Care Center front desk staff, or call the Breast Care Center at 415-885-3700

Mammacare: During a one-hour appointment called Mammacare, the nurse practitioner will teach you how to do a proper breast self-exam. Please let our clinicians know if you are interested in making an appointment.
