Sarah Goldin, BS, BSN
Clinical Nurse III
Biography
Goldin joined the UCSF Breast Care Center in 2008 and enjoys being part of a multi-disciplinary team that provides such excellent patient care. Goldin's long-term passion for patient care compelled her to enter the field of nursing. She had earned a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from Mount Holyoke, and was directing Beth Israel's breast cancer clinical trials in her home town of Boston.
Goldin continued her studies at the University of Pennsylvania where she earned a second Bachelor's degree in Nursing and began work on a Masters with emphases on Oncology and Women's Health. Since then, her work with patients with breast and gynecological cancers has led her to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York and Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. An avid runner and hiker, Goldin loves the San Francisco weather. When not on the job, Goldin relaxes by cooking and spending time with her family and a yellow Labrador retriever named Rudy.
